At Loveramics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ceramic tableware; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original protective padding and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
